Products & Sewing Patterns

At Thread Den we will always do our best to ensure that you are happy with your purchase. We take care to describe each item accurately. If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, please email us at shop@threadden.com, with the item name and the nature of the problem. 

 

Items must be returned within 30 days of original shipping date and must be in unused condition, with packaging undamaged. Patterns packets need to be in original condition as posted.
 

Refunds will be processed within 7 days of receiving returned items and will be refunded in the same method as purchased. Postage and shipping is non-refundable, unless Thread Den has made a postage error. The customer is responsible for the cost of shipping item back to us. Refunds will not be accepted for change of mind, or if the item has been altered in any way.
 

Please be aware that computer monitors may affect the item’s colour and appearance. Please let us know if you have any questions before purchasing an item.
